Mango Lassi

Creamy, fruity, and exotic. The mango lassi combines sweet mango with yogurt and brings tropical freshness to your glass.

Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango

  • 200 g natural yogurt (Greek style for a creamy variant)

  • 100 ml milk or water (depending on desired consistency)

  • 1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango)

  • 1 pinch of cardamom (optional, for authentic flavor)

  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  1. Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into large cubes.

  2. Place the mango in a blender with yogurt, milk/water, honey, and cardamom.

  3. Puree finely until the lassi is creamy.

  4. Fill glasses with ice cubes and serve immediately.

💡 Tip: The lassi will be especially refreshing if you chill the mango beforehand or let it freeze slightly.
