Mango Lassi

1 ripe mango
200 g natural yogurt (Greek style for a creamy variant)
100 ml milk or water (depending on desired consistency)
1 tsp honey or sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the mango)
1 pinch of cardamom (optional, for authentic flavor)
Ice cubes
Preparation
Peel the mango, remove the pit, and cut the flesh into large cubes.
Place the mango in a blender with yogurt, milk/water, honey, and cardamom.
Puree finely until the lassi is creamy.
Fill glasses with ice cubes and serve immediately.
💡 Tip: The lassi will be especially refreshing if you chill the mango beforehand or let it freeze slightly.
