Watermelon Slush
Fresh, light, and ice-cold. The watermelon slush is the perfect thirst quencher for hot summer days and is quick to prepare.

Ingredients
1 kg of watermelon (seedless or pitted)
Juice of 2 limes
2 tablespoons of honey or agave syrup (optional)
200 g of crushed ice
Fresh mint for garnish
Preparation
Dice the watermelon and freeze for a few hours (or chill very well).
Add lime juice, honey, and crushed ice to the blender.
Puree until a slushy consistency is achieved.
Pour into glasses, garnish with mint, and enjoy immediately.
