Ingredients

  • 1 ripe cantaloupe melon

  • 150 g Parma ham or Serrano ham

  • a few fresh mint leaves (optional for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Cut the melon in half, remove the seeds, and cut it into wedges.

  2. Halve the wedges as desired.

  3. Serve each wedge with a slice of ham or place both side by side on a plate.

  4. Garnish with mint and enjoy immediately.

Tip
Chill the melon well before serving, as it tastes particularly refreshing.
