1 small watermelon (about 1.5 kg)
200 g feta cheese
1 bunch of fresh mint
1 lime
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt & pepper
Preparation
Cut watermelon into cubes and place in a large bowl.
Crumble feta and add it.
Wash mint, pluck the leaves, and chop them finely.
Squeeze lime and mix it with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Gently combine everything and serve immediately.
