Ingredients
3 ripe avocados
2 tomatoes
1 small onion
1 garlic clove
1 lime
Salt & pepper
Fresh cilantro (optional)
Preparation
Cut avocados in half, remove the stone, and mash the flesh with a fork.
Dice tomatoes, finely chop the onion, and press the garlic.
Add everything to the avocados and mix well.
Season with lime juice, salt, and pepper.
Fold in fresh coriander as desired.
💡 Tip: For a spicy variant, add some chili or jalapeño.
