2 slices of whole grain bread
1 ripe avocado
½ lemon (juice)
Salt & pepper
Topping of choice: radishes, cress, tomatoes, egg, or sesame
Preparation
Toast the bread until it is crispy.
Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, mash the flesh, and season with lemon juice, salt & pepper.
Spread the avocado cream on the bread.
Garnish with toppings of your choice and serve immediately.
