Ingredients

  • 2 slices of whole grain bread

  • 1 ripe avocado

  • ½ lemon (juice)

  • Salt & pepper

  • Topping of choice: radishes, cress, tomatoes, egg, or sesame

Preparation

  1. Toast the bread until it is crispy.

  2. Cut the avocado in half, remove the pit, mash the flesh, and season with lemon juice, salt & pepper.

  3. Spread the avocado cream on the bread.

  4. Garnish with toppings of your choice and serve immediately.

💡 Tip: With poached egg, the toast becomes a real brunch hit.
